401(k) and Profit Sharing Program Details
Owner Operators – Established in 1977, our IRA Contribution Plan deposits an annual incentive payment into an Individual Retirement Account (IRA) at a financial institution of your choice.
Vacation Pay – Receive paid vacation time based on your years-of-service: 1 year of service equals 1 week of paid vacation, 2 years of service equals 2 weeks of paid vacation, and 10 years or more of service equals 3 weeks paid vacation.
No need to use your vacation time – we’ll get you home for drill and training.
Jury Duty – Receive up to $100/day for jury duty
